Each key stage of a build is approved by our client. Any final touches or snags will be dealt with before final sign-off. We will happily come back to fix any problems should they arise after completion.

In addition to our general building services, we are specialists in adapting properties to help older people and those with disabilities.
As a long established contractor to Cornwall Council, we have provided many accessibility solutions to enable people with reduced mobility to live safely, comfortably and with dignity in their own home.
Whether for business premises or home, private or grant-assisted, our solutions include levelling thresholds, widening and automating doors, installing ramps, fitting handholds and rails, creating wheelchair-friendly washrooms, bath/wet rooms and kitchens, fitting through-floor, stair and step lifts.
